I love cooking, baking, and spending time with my family. I love my husband Jon and three beautiful children. And I love photography, but I'm really new to it.
I haven't taken an art class since high school, but back then I loved to paint and draw. My sister took photography classes, and I was always a little jealous of her art. There is something about being able to take what you see, exactly how you see it and preserve it forever that makes my heart skip a beat. But I still didn't pick up a camera until my children were born.
In 2010 my husband Jon gave me a camera for my birthday. A Nikon D3000. I love being able to capture the world exactly how I see it. I love being able to stop time and keep memories of my children, my family and my life at it is forever.
